Como miembro del ITER Department of ‘Fusion of Energy’, reportarás tu trabajo
al Plant Systems Division Head y serás el responsable de la definición y
seguimiento del diseño, investigación y desarrollo de las actividades de obtención
del Fuel Cicle para el ITER.
Responsabilidades:
The successful candidate will be, among others, responsible for:
- Assisting the head of the plant system division in coordinating the Fuel Cycle (FC)
activities.
- Supervising the preparation of technical specifications for components of the FC
(Vacuum Pumping and Tritium Plant);
- Fabrication and testing of highly specialized components/systems of the FC to be
supplied inkind to the ITER site;
- Assisting in the definition and implementation of the quality assurance and
quality control requirements that have to be met during the fabrication,
installation and testing of the inkind systems in accordance with the
arrangements established by the ITER Organization (IO);Coordinating the
development of the F4E work programmes and forward planning to meet the various milestones for R&D as well as for procurements;
- Liaising and supervising the various contractual agreements (including
Procurement Arrangements (PAs) for the various Procurement Packages (PPs) of
the FC between IO and F4E on the one hand and F4E and Associates on the
other hand as well as checking that the outcomes (equipment as well as reports)
are in accordance with the specifications
Supervising the preparation of the procurement contracts with industry, leading
the technical evaluation groups of tenders and supervising the progress of procure
ment contracts;
- Supervising the Responsible Officers of the group and the daily affairs of the FC
group; |
Requisitos |
Be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Union or of a
Third state fully associated with the Euratom fusion proramme(Switzerland)

Have fulfilled the obligations imposed on them by the laws of their home country
concerning military service.
Meet the character requirements for the duties involved.
Be physically fit to perform their duties2.
At least a level of education which corresponds to completed university
studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma and, after having obtained the
university degree, at least 3 years of proven professional experience;
Only study titles that have been awarded by the Members of the Joint Undertaking
or that are subject to the equivalence certificates issued by the authorities in the said Member States shall be taken into consideration. |
